Mentoring Resources

The framework for mentoring at UQ

Following the development of a University Mentoring Policy (HUPP 5.80.19) a mentoring framework based on best practice principles to implement the policy has been developed. The training resources related to mentoring as a part of this framework are provided on the Mentoring at UQ website so that information about the program and its internal procedures are equally available to all staff.

Clear instructions are available to mentors and mentorees on their responsibilities in the relationship and requirements for them to prepare a statement of their development objectives.

Please Note: Any participant has the opportunity to request a change in mentoring partner or to withdraw from the program without recrimination at any time during the partnership.
