TEDI has a wide range of experience in working with teaching staff, Faculties and Schools to improve the quality of teaching and learning at The University of Queensland.

Resources on the assessment of student learning including assessment types, plans, tasks, developing criteria, making judgements, moderating, deterring plagiarism, guidelines and policies.
TEDI endorses the use of technology to improve the experience and outcomes of learning. Strategies include: face-to-face, online, collaboration, mobile and blended learning.
As of 2011, the University has adopted an institutional approach to ensure all new tutors and sessional academic staff receive quality teaching and learning training.
Universities have arguably always been international enterprises, but globalisation is ushering in a new era of higher education.
